EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We offer expedited shipping on all orders. Shipping costs will vary depending on your delivery location.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Orders can be shipped to the address of your choice (home, work, etc.). Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

CHECKING YOUR ORDER
To ensure your peace of mind, wäbē säbē supports product inspection upon delivery. You may unseal the shipping box to check your order before accepting it.
Please note: this inspection does not include opening the product’s original seal or packaging.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Orders are confirmed within 24 working hours and shipped promptly.

  • inner cities of Ho Chi Minh City/Hoi An/Da Nang: 1–2 days

  • Other cities and provinces in Vietnam: 2–5 days

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Difficulty contacting you by phone

  • Incorrect or hard-to-locate address

  • Higher-than-expected order volumes

  • Delays from suppliers or shipping partners

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
