wäbē säbē only sells items in perfect condition. So, in the rare event of receiving a defective item or the item is not what you ordered, please send us an email via info@wabe-sabe.com with your order number and product defect photo.

Once we receive your request, we will arrange a replacement or based on the RETURN POLICY.

As soon as we receive your item back to our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process your return request and your account to be updated.

If the items in your order are in stock, your order will be processed within 24 business hours, with an average delivery time of 1-5 days depending on the destination.

During promotional events, there may be a delay in sending your order.
